The 9% Body Fat Project:
My personal challenge to get my Body Fat down to 9% in 4 Weeks.
As of May 7th stats are:
Weight: 168.4 lbs
Height: 5'9"
Water: 58.2%
Body Fat: 18%
Bone: 6.6
BMI: 24.9
Yes, that's my real BMI. LOL I'm right on the cusp of being "obese"; which is why BMI isn't really favored by most fitness professionals.
